you should have no problem viewing the video streams. You must have Java installed on your machine
in order to view the videos.
Mac users should have no problem viewing the video streams. How do I view my dog using the Enhanced Viewer ?Answer: When you attempt to view our cameras the first time you will be guided through the installation of our software.
In order to use the Enhanced Viewer, you must have Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher with Direct X 9.0 or higher
installed on your machine. If you need to upgrade your Direct X get it free from Microsoft here: Download DirectX.
Please Note: You will receive a security warning message from internet explorer regarding
"The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software ?"
Just ignore this message and run the software. No harm will come to your computer.
If you intend to use the Enhanced Viewer in a corporate environment, you may be behind
a firewall and restricted from doing so. Some firewall's may not allow you to install software or run Active content.
Please check with your network administrator to see if this is the case. If this is the case and you are restricted from downloading software you may request a copy of the Software via email at Canine Kindergarten.

Still Images or Frozen Video. If you are experiencing this problem do the following:
Step 1: Close your browser Step 2: Open your Control Panel Step 3: Click on the Java icon to open up the Java configuration panel Step 4: Click on the Settings Button under Temporary Internet Files Step 5: Uncheck the Keep Temporary Internet Files check box Step 6: Click Ok to exit Java Control Panel, Open browser and resume viewing
What is the difference between the Regular and Enhanced Viewer ?Answer: Our webcam viewers are designed to work with any browser. We utilized two browser controls.
One is a Java applet designed for cross browser support and the other is an ActiveX control designed for exclusive use
with Internet Explorer only. If you are using a browser other than Internet Explorer there is no setup required.
If you are using Internet Explorer you need to perform a one time setup. I am using a Mac, can I view the cameras ?Answer: Yes. Mac users should have no problem viewing the video streams on the Regular Viewer. After installing the Enhanced Viewer I see a blue screen but no video. What should I do ?Answer: First make sure that you run the installation under a windows administrator account.

you through the process. When viewing cameras my webpage jumps back to the selection page. Is this normal ?Answer: Yes. Camera viewing is available from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. In order that all our clients
have an opportunity to view their dogs, please note that your viewing session is limited to 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, your session will end. Please feel free to sign in again if you want to continue viewing.
